eating pigeons squab
Is it just me, or are there tons more disgusting things on TV now that I’m pregnant?
I love watching Iron Chef America, but so far this month I’ve seen them do challenges with raw oysters, raw clams, (and the judges were slurping them back *gag*) and- I kid you not, rare pigeon (“squab.”)
My husband’s favorite show is Survivor Man and he just ate raw whale blubber to survive.
And those ads for the KFC bowls (mashed potatoes, corn, fried chicken, gravy, process cheese strips on top, all smothered with gravy) send me running for the toilet every time. When they are on a billboard even, my stomach lurches LOL my husband thinks I’m nuts.
Believe it or not, there were even grosser things on TV but I won’t mention them because I can’t even recall them to mind without vomiting.
LOL so has anybody else noticed this?

No, I too have noticed how things seem more disgusting now that I’m pregnant. OMG, I thought I was the only one disgusted by the KFC chicken bowls!
